  • How do I book a party with Fairytale Island?
    You can book your party in person or by contacting via phone or We would love to be a part of your little one's special day.
  • Do I need a deposit to book a party?
    Yes, a deposit is required to reserve a party. $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve a non-private party. $300 non-refundable deposit to reserve a private party.
  • How long is the birthday party? (Non-Private and Private)
    Non-Private The non-private birthday package includes one hour of access to the private party room and two hours of shared playtime. Private The private birthday package includes two hours of exclusive access to the entire premises (party room, cafe, and playspace).
  • Do you include ballons for the party package?
    No, we don't include balloons; however, the host can bring them.
  • Can I bring in decoration for the party?
    The host can bring in their decorations, we will do our best to assist the host with setting up decorations (please do not use double-sided tape or pin or hooks for your decorations, consult our staff for more information).
  • When can I come to set up the decor for the party?
    Non-Private The setup time for a non-private party varies based on the booked hour. Please work with our party specialist. Private The setup time for a private party is thirty (30) minutes before the booked hours. Please consult with our party specialist if additional time is needed.
  • Can we bring entertainer(s) to the party?
    Yes, the entertainer is only allowed during the party hour (the entertainer must perform inside the party room for the non-private package).
  • Can I bring in outside food?
    Yes, the host can bring outside food and/or beverage with a flat rate fee of $85 (excluding cake).
  • Can I bring my goodie bags?
    Yes, please feel free to bring your goodie bags or add them to ours (only the private package includes goodie bags).
  • Is there a staff whom can assist me with party room setup?
    Yes, we will have a dedicated person to assist the party host.
  • When do I need to finalize the headcount?
    The party host should finalize the headcount seven (7) days before the event.
  • When do I need to cater food from Fairytale Island?
    The host should send the order seven (7) days before the event.
  • Is alcohol allowed at Fairytale Island?
    Sorry, alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
  • Are there additional charges besides the base package price?
    Yes, the New York State sale tax will be added to your party package.
  • When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
    The remaining balance is due three (3) days before the event date.
  • Are infants included in my headcount?
    No, the headcounts do not include infants and children over 10 years old.
  • Must we reserve a party room to have a party?
    Yes. Our policy is a strict NO WALK-IN PARTIES allowed. No food, cake or cupcakes are allowed into the facility without a party room reservation.
